The bar at Klosterhaus is a destination in its own right: the ideal setting for a cocktail with friends, a date or pre & post-dinner drinks.
As diners enter the Grade-I listed Quakers Friars building, the show-stopping bar takes centre stage serving unique and classic cocktails until 10.30pm daily.
The menu features an array of classics and creative signatures such as Plum Duck made with Duck Fat-Washed Bulleit Bourbon, Plum Sake & Rhubarb and White Kirsch made with Belvedere Vodka, Hibiscus Belsazar Rose, Cranberry & Cherry Cider and served with a white chocolate cherry. If you’re a Negroni fan, our special Barrel-Aged Negroni is a must-try, as it spends a minimum of three weeks in a small, oak barrel enhancing its flavour to bring you Bristol’s best Negroni!
The bar menu also includes a varied selection of German and local premium craft beers from Bristol Beer Factory. In true German style, a range of beers from the legendary 229 year-old German brewery Rothaus located at an altitude of 1,000 metres deep in the Black Forest, can be enjoyed by the glass, mug or stein.
