Meet the team at Klosterhaus restaurant, Bristol.

Situated within the iconic grade 1 Quakers Friars building, Klosterhaus is composed of a glamorous restaurant, lively bar, terraces, event spaces and one of the finest hospitality teams in town.

Leading the team is General Manager Jakub Klimeš. Executive Head Chef, Bjoern Wassmuth and Head Chef, Rhys Grayson have created a Mittel-European menu with German classics.

That’s just to name a few, the rest of the restaurant team are some of the friendliest faces with brilliant talent and they look forward to making your Klosterhaus experience the best it can possibly be. We hope you’ll be a friendly neighbour.
